At Glowloo, we’re committed to delivering your favorite beauty and self-care products in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will arrive.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders when you purchase 2 or more and flat rate shipping on international orders.
We have the following shipping options available:
Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days
Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.
🕒 Processing Time
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
📦 Order Tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
❗ CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
✏️ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.
❗ SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
